Corporate rates available Sunday through Thursday by request. Rates subject to change. A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation of three or more nights. Advance payment of one night at the premium rate is required for two-night stays. Full advance payment is required for a one-night reservation. A reservation will be confirmed once a deposit is received. A two-night minimum stay may be required on weekends. Holiday weekends may require a longer stay. Large hotels often overbook to cover late cancellations. Because we're a small inn, we don't do this. Therefore, we must have a policy to ensure you that your room(s) will be ready when you arrive, and assure us that your room is sold as well. In the event of cancellation, your deposit, less a $25 fee, will be refunded if notice reaches us 14 days before your intended stay. Reservations cancelled or changed with less than 14 days notice are considered non-refundable deposits. Please note that changing a reservation is equivalent to canceling and re-booking which is why changing a reservation must be subject to our cancellation policy. If a third-party gift certificate is used towards a deposit, and a reservation is cancelled with less than fourteen days notice, your credit card will be charged for the full deposit amount. Off-street parking is provided. Room rates include three-course gourmet breakfast on Saturday and Sunday mornings and expanded continental breakfast during the week. We have created a smoke-free environment by prohibiting smoking throughout the guestrooms and public areas. Our accommodations are designed for adults and older children. Pets are not permitted Business guests will appreciate the in-room telephones, TVs, and complimentary hi-speed Internet access in every room. |
